We ask for your kind understanding not to change or cancel the item that you purchased after you had made payment. We may accede to your request for a change or a cancellation provided that the item that you paid for have NOT been shipped. We offer free shipping and delivery for first outbound shipping and delivery of the product you purchased. However, shipping and delivery charges to be incurred when you return the product you purchased with our approval will be prepaid by you and thereafter, these charges will be reimbursed together with the amount of refund to be returned to you subject to fulfilment of the terms and conditions outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within the next business day and offer you alternatives inclusive of offer for order cancellation which will be followed by a full refund to you.
The availability of our products is shown on each product page. If we do not have stock of an item, you will see an “out of stock” note under the product. If you want to know if a specific product is going to be back in stock, please contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab in the header of this page, fill up and submitting "Contact Form" by detailing your queries therein.
Kindly note that sizes vary depending on the collections that you see within the "Made to Order" product category. You can find specific measurements and a generic size chart on each of the collections within the "Made to Order" product category.
We process and despatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the payment made for the order you placed. You shall receive an automated purchase confirmation together with the product order number. Once the item you purchased is shipped and a tracking number and a tracking URL link are available, we will inform you. In the unlikely event that your item you paid for, happens to be damaged or defective when delivered, we ask that you contact us immediately by writing to us at E: email@example.com by attaching photo images of the damaged or defective item.
